What's included
Our pressure washing service covers residential surfaces (concrete driveways, walkways, decks, patios, fences, siding) and commercial surfaces (parking lots, sidewalks, building exteriors, dumpster pads, drive-throughs). We use commercial-grade equipment, adjust PSI and nozzle for the surface (you don't want the same setting on cedar siding as on concrete), and clean up afterward.
How we work
For residential work we walk the areas with you first, agree on scope, and quote a fixed price. Commercial jobs typically go on scheduled rotation — quarterly, monthly, or on-demand — and we're set up to work off-hours (nights, early mornings, weekends) to avoid disrupting your operation. We source water on-site by default; if that's not possible we bring our own supply.
Who it's for
Salem homeowners with mossy decks, algae-stained concrete, or grimy siding heading into the spring showing season. Commercial property managers with parking lots and building exteriors that need consistent appearance. Restaurants and retail sites that need sidewalk and dumpster-pad cleaning on a schedule.
Why Great Yards
The 24/7 scheduling is a real thing — our commercial pressure-wash clients often need work done overnight so their business is running clean the next morning. Nineteen years of Salem-area commercial work means we're set up for that: night crew, portable water, quiet-hour equipment.
