What's included
Leaf and debris cleanup is full-property work: blowing leaves off lawns, out of beds, and off walkways; collecting them into piles or tarps; and hauling every bit off the property. We also handle yard-debris clearance year-round — piles of yard waste, branches from a windstorm, tenant-move debris — the messy stuff that needs to go somewhere.
How we work
For fall leaf work in Salem we typically run two to three visits through the drop (late October through late November, with a late-year cleanup in December depending on the tree species on your lot). One-time cleanup visits are scheduled on demand — call, send a note, or add it to an existing service contract. Every visit ends with a full haul-off, not a pile at the curb.
Who it's for
Salem homeowners with mature-canopy properties (South Salem, older West Salem neighborhoods, wooded lots in Turner and Silverton) get the most value from a rotation. One-time clients tend to be people preparing for a listing, a rental turnover, an HOA inspection, or a family event.
Why Great Yards
Leaves left on a lawn through Willamette Valley winter rain will kill grass — and once you're into the muddy season, blowing them off is much harder than doing it in November. We time our fall rotations to the actual drop on your property, not a generic calendar, and we do it enough visits to actually stay ahead.
